Interview with Joy Flynn, Sharp Propane’s Service Coordinator

What is your goal as a Service Coordinator?
My goal as the Service Coordinator for Sharp Propane is to create the best schedule for our customers and technicians. We strive for customer satisfaction and efficiency.

What’s your main role at Sharp?
As the Service Coordinator, I am the main point of contact for builders and commercial accounts. I am the liaison between customers and management. I do the scheduling for service, installations, and gas deliveries. My goal is to provide customers with an efficient propane service experience. Our goal at Sharp is to provide a hassle-free, safe, and exceptional experience.

Tell us a bit about you.
I have been with Sharp Propane for three years and this is my fourth winter working here. I have 20 years in the service industry and enjoy working at a company that puts customer satisfaction first. I have two wonderful daughters and a great husband that support me. I love spending time with my family and watching my daughters grow into wonderful people.
